Some helpful tips:
Please plan to arrive 15 mins before your free trial class.
If you’ve trained Jiu Jitsu before, you are welcome to wear your gi and belt.
If this is your first Jiu Jitsu class, we’ll get you set up with a trial gi.
Please wear a t-shirt or rash guard
Please bring a bottle of water.
Please wear flip flops or slides for easy on/off at the edge of the mat. We never put our bare feet on the main floor and we never put shoes on the mats.
